Recap of David Hall / StellarFox16 Dispute
There have been a few months since the last Flying Monkey Fallout post in November 2025, FMF6 Flying Monkey Fallout 6 [SSGM68], so here is a recap so far of when David’s first chief flying monkey left him.
The fall out between David Hall aka Grey Area Monarch and StellarFox16 was in March 2025. David resented being advised by StellarFox16, his chief flying monkey that his method of operating was counter productive. His MO was attacking all and sundry on their own timelines, repeatedly, which of course riled their supporters, caused blowback, entrenchment of positions and division.
Stellarfox16’s statement was no more than a statement of the obvious, and you have to wonder that David must have known this, but still kept carrying on doing it. David likes to be surrounded by sycophants who hang on his every word and do not dissent, and preferably laud him as a hero. David absurdly denied that what he did was inflammatory. He turned it on its head by saying that he was just warning survivors and that Stellar by saying that, was supporting oppressors in attacking him! Gaslighting.
Then David made a “boundary” to StellarFox16 to stop conversation about it on his timeline, and said that he wanted the conversation taken to DM’s. Quite apart from the hypocrisy that David repeatedly ignores other peoples’ boundaries and treats them with contempt 1 [SSGM73], and him not wanting to discuss on his timeline, whilst frequently he attacks others on theirs, he then subtweeted on the issue. David claimed that it was not aimed at Stellar, but that he was answering what others had said. Interesting that several people thought the same as Stellar. Stellar replied and David moaned that it broke his boundary and insisted on discussing it in DM’s. When in DM’s he refused to discuss it. After a bit of to and fro in public and blocking, the issue was over.
A month later David brought it all up again, first by provocative subtweets and then more directly. Characteristically David was trying to reframe everything in his favour. He had a very weak case - a possible once broken boundary, and “disrespect” that Stellar has supposedly spoken to Emma without mentioning the David / Stellar fall out. Stellar disputed that. David reframed, propagandised and used much repetition.
Bringing the issues up again, in an effort to reframe it, blew up in David’s face when Stellar mentioned publicly that he had admitted to Aaron that he used to organise the gang stalking and targeting of individuals, (often called TI’s). The TI harassment is orchestrated by the system to try and get survivors back under control of the luciferian system. Stellar also mused that David was in the frame for an incident that had happened at her house, where she and Aaron had received a threat. David denied the incident but did not appear to deny the separate and major revelation of him organising gang stalking of TI’s. Besides, there is already a plethora of evidence that David used many sock puppet accounts and had gang stalked many people.
Instead of a specific denial, David tried to play the innocent drama queen, saying that he could not believe that he was the subject of accusations, and accused Stellar and her husband Aaron of being vindictive, spiteful liars. He then tried to position them in the same boogeyman category as all the other boogeymen that he has created and lumped into one group, and that he has being lying about for over 2 years. It didn’t really seem to work as Stellar has been at odds with the people that David was now trying to lump Stellar with. This had been primarily at David’s instigation anyway as he had fed her gossip and lies and maybe controlled her in a more sinister fashion. However his propaganda may work on some people by obfuscating most things behind subtweets.
David’s use of subtweets is cowardly but allows him to reframe the situation without people knowing that there has been a major falling out between him and his chief flying monkey, previously close collaborators. It was a major reframing for him, and as always he tried to portray that he has never done the slightest thing wrong and that he has integrity. David inverts everything and uses reverse attribution, a standard tactic of dark personalities, accusing others of what he has done.
David carried on reframing until the end of April 2025. The past couple of articles on the flying monkey situation revolved around the 16-30 April time period, now we move into May, and the narrative also partly shifts to Emma, David Hall’s wife, his partner henchman.
UFO / UAP Background Information
This background is only necessary for those that do not follow the UFO / UAP scene, and is only basic, skip to the next section if you know. This account of the background will only be approximate, as I do not follow the UFO / UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon) scene much. I think this is a reasonable broad brush background as far as I understand it, but feel free to correct me in the comments.
For decades UFO disclosure has been promised, various things leaked in conferences and interviews but nothing ever comes of major official disclosure which is constantly said to be just around the corner. Many UFO’ers have become mightily frustrated over the years. The back end of last year and beginning of 2025 there were masses of sightings of UFO’s and it reached mainstream news and normie type people. Disclosure of something was much anticipated and reached fever pitch.
The UFO scene is relatively large, made up of personal experiencers, scientific researchers, tech watchers, alien watchers, and maybe about 40% of the public has a casual interest in UFO’s. Followers of UFO’s are way more than those who are interested or know about mind control or MK Ultra.
There is a train of thought that most if not all UFO experiences / aliens are due to behavioural modification in operations such as MK Ultra. I first heard this several years ago from Jessie Czebotar. I think she said that she believed that aliens do not exist and that UFO’s are either demons or contrived via MK Ultra experiments and manifested by a variety of techniques. I have no idea what Jessie has said publicly on the issue, but I think she will have said close to that opinion in public but if I am wrong I will be corrected in the comments.
David Hall aka Grey Area Monarch now says a similar sort of thing as Jessie in that he believes that behavioural modification is a factor in most sightings. Whether David has “stolen” this, as David likes to accuse others of doing, whether he has independently come to that conclusion, or whether he is just acting out a story fed to him by his handlers, I don’t know. David is now married to Emma of the Imagination Podcast. Her views appear to pretty much echo his on these issues, which is relevant to this post.
The two groups UAP / UFO and mind control mk ultra survivors / RAMCOA (Ritual Abuse Mind Control Organised Abuse which was the ISSTD term) are for the most part quite separate groups.

Introduction
We left the last post at the end of April 2025. As soon as Stellarfox16 saw through David Hall, I knew there was no going back for her. She had learned by direct experience with him, just as I had. Once you learn by direct experience how David controls and manipulates, gaslights and lies directly to you and about you, then you learn just how brazen he is and the depth of his deception and lies.
David tries to gaslight you in messages directly to you, and he lies about you online, in front of you publicly, repeatedly in the most nasty ways. He knows he is doing it. He knows that he is lying but he carries on doing it. David’s deceit for nefarious purposes is breath taking.
I also knew that Stellar’s prior friendship with Emma would not last long as David would do all he could to stop it continuing. Controlling people like David hate having lost control of someone. Their next step is to control other people’s perceptions of that individual and to try to control that person by proxy. I had been through a similar situation to Stellar, so I knew from experience how that was likely to turn out as well.
After David and Stellar’s initial fallout, David very quickly made a mountain out of a molehill about it being somehow “disrespect” that Stellar spoke to Emma without informing her of the dispute with him. Stellar says she had spoken to Emma about David and her fallout. David’s was an obvious move to isolate Stellar from his partner henchman, Emma. Even treating the issues as “disrespect” was a controlling move. With David pulling strings behind the scenes, it was just a matter of time before things came to a head between Stellar and Emma. I imagine there may have rumbles in private, or even hints in public that I have not seen, but I was not expecting a there to be such a public disagreement. It came at the start of May and it was over David’s behaviour.

Emma postulated that many UFO whistle blowers were programmed to gatekeep the narrative, to hide government involvement and to hide the mk ultra, behavioural modification side. She said that most survivors on MK Ultra experiments that she has interviewed have been adjacent to high performance craft, and have had first hand encounters with aliens, or what they thought were aliens as part of behavioural modification. She said that all UFO activity is government organised and in raised the question that UFO influencer’s job is to cover up mind control. She thinks that there is no mystery about UFO and aliens. Emma had essentially stated what appears to be her husband David’s view. It could be taken as a genuine statement by Emma or a subtweet by proxy.
However Emma’s statement that survivors of MK Ultra were never asked to testify or speak at any ‘UFO / UAP’ event may well have raised many eyebrows. David had for some time been vocal and aggressive in his interactions with UFO influencers, as well as with survivors. David had upset many. He had acted as self appointed middle man interacting with both parties, and he had been a major reason why a positive outcome had not been achieved. This can be understood by reading what Stellar and Aaron have to say a bit later.

At first glance this does not appear related to Emma’s tweet, nor is it clear to me what constitutes a benign satanist in David’s eyes. However we have seen that time after time, David uses subtweets to frame and reframe situations, and this was another occasion. It is related to his reframing the original dispute. He uses some of the same phrases, that he used to target Aaron, who David wants to frame as supporting a UFO influencer who supports someone or something nefarious. It would not be the first time that David just makes things up out of thin air, to create the narrative that he needs to, or likely a grain of truth twisted out of all recognition. However there may be a grain truth in it that David twists for framing purposes. Note that David uses his usual tactic of pretending to be Mr.Reasonable but he actually causes most of the aggression and attacking of victims, but constantly ignores that and points it out in others.

An hour and half after Emma had posted her message, less than an hour after David’s tweet, StellarFox16 replied to Emma, explaining the reason for the continuing separation of the UFO and MK Ultra survivors.

“Well, we had a chance to be talked to, but those bridges were burned quite obviously and loudly on X”. Stellar says that there were chances to be talked to but those were lost specifically on twitterX.
“To the dismay of many survivors who watched every hand that got close to talking to us be cut off at the wrist”. Stellar says that many survivors were dismayed by what happened, as each chance of linking the groups or cooperation was ruined.
“So of course the uap / ufo community wants nothing to do with us after that.
If someone from their community came over to us acting like a maniac and burned every bridge survivors would lose interest in conversing with them too”. She appears to say that a member of the RAMCOA community talked to members of the UFO community, acted like a maniac and burnt all the bridges for RAMCOA survivors, chopped off the hands of those reaching out.
“I think the reason is obvious”. Stellar thinks the reason for the non cooperation of the two sectors is clear.
Stellar gave her view that a survivor from the MK survivor side of the divide “acted like a maniac”, burned the bridges and cut off the outreached hands from the UAP side at the wrist. Although that person was not named, the person that Stellar referred to was Emma’s husband and partner henchman, David aka Grey Area Monarch.

Aaron, Stellar’s husband soon also commented. He is a UFO experiencer, who had also featured on Emma’s podcast, telling his story. It’s his speciality field, although he does not talk about it much on his timeline, which is more about his superhero comic book type fictional writing. I may do him a disservice describing it like that, but it gives the general idea.

“I mean - when a major influencer in the “survivor community” is going around calling all of the people we respect most in our field, people they do not know and has never met beyond an email or two, mind controlled Satanists,” Aaron talks of a major influencer from the (mk ultra) survivor community, calling many people "mind controlled satanists” despite minimal contact with them.
“and talks about we experiencers in a way that infantalizes us by saying that unless our perception of our experiences line up with his perception, then we all “must be programmed””. Aaron also says that this person infantilised UFO experiencers by essentially claiming that he was right and they were wrong and if they would not accept that, then they must be mind controlled.
“that’s not gonna make anyone super eager to hold hands and sing songs around the campfire together. That has a bit to do with it”. The result of this behaviour is not going to be helpful to friendly relations.
“Especially since now I see you parroting those same talking points? Idk. Just a thought”. Aaron noted that now Emma is saying the same thing as this unnamed influencer.
Again the description is of a person who indiscriminately fires round accusations labelling them as satanists and mind controlled, who talks down to others (Mr. Condescending) and who routinely falls out with people who do not accept what he says as the be all and end all. Again it is clear that the not so mystery, unnamed person is David Hall, with Stellar and Aaron being largely polite but firm in their analysis of the effect that David’s behaviour had on ruining UAP / MK Ultra survivor relations for many survivors.
The calling out of UFO influencers as mind controlled satanists is entirely in line with what David does. It’s one of his techniques, not just in the UFO field but to anyone. He labels people as mind controlled or satanists as a means of control, manipulation and gaslighting of people’s perceptions of that person. It's a tactic that dark personalities use, and luciferians are trained in. David also infantilises people by appearing to regard their opinion as worthless and he does not seem to even listen to any other viewpoint that his own. He will then insult you in some form or another, for holding a viewpoint other than what he deems is correct. David is a bully.
David’s wife / partner henchman Emma, as usual, appeared to totally ignore David’s culpability for the situation that MK ultra survivors were not asked to give evidence to UAP events. The major current reason for that was due to her husband, divisive David. How could Emma not understand that? It was a rare opportunity, it lasted a brief period of time, whilst there was much publicity about UFO’s / UAP’s and it was monopolised and ruined by David her husband. Was Emma playing dumb or did she really not know? Had she been manipulated in some way?

Stellar said that it was an impossible line to walk, presumably she meant trying to remain friendly with Emma but also point out the truth about David’s behaviour.
The wife of the individual who exacerbated the problem, pointed out the problem but apparently did not understand or chose to ignore the reason why the bridges between the two communities were not built at this time. Her husband had blown them up. Emma has a clear conflict of interest between the truth and the interests of her husband, and even herself.
If no answer was given by Stellar in reply to Emma, then the narrative is allowed to continue without the truth and the real reason being given. If an answer is given and the truth is out, then some people will get upset. It was an impossible line, a double bind of a kind.

I cannot be certain, but “RAMCOA Jesus” appears to be a reference to David Hall, and if Stellar does mean David, then it is a moment of comedy genius. The nickname encapsulates in a couple of words, the figure that David appears to believe himself to be. It became the title for this post.
David’s condition might be more accurately described as a God Complex rather than Jesus Complex, but the words RAMCOA Jesus just roll off the tongue so well and summarise his attitude beautifully. Obviously not because he behaves anything like Jesus, but because he acts as though he thinks and believes that he is a messiah or a god of the mk ultra scene and the UAP scene and beyond.

Analysis
David ignores that he is to blame for his actions in perpetuating any division between the UAP scene and MK Ultra scene and attacks headliners for not addressing the connection between the two. He ignores Stellar’s and Aaron’s tweets, of which he will have been well aware. He does not want to draw attention to them in case other people start realising that they have fallen out, or see his underhand propaganda and framing tactics.
Some may say it is by accident, some might say design, but whichever it is, David sabotages contacts between the two groups. He antagonises people on both sides and entrenches differences, just as he has done whilst causing division with many large accounts. If he were right that they were compromised, then his actions in entrenching the position of their supporters, cementing divisions are the last things that are needed. We get back again to David fuelling the flames, but he is also starting the fires, which he then fuels.
Different people have different views and different priorities. David always tries to force his view onto everyone. and if you do not comply with what he wants to do, he makes you into the enemy and publicly shouts about it as a means of control, manipulation and gaslighting. He thinks he knows best about everything and no one else’s view matters. David then trumpets that as his “integrity”.
David Attacks Luis (Lue) Elizondo
Here are some examples of David attacking Elizondo, who appears to be the major figure being talked about by David when he attacks Aaron.
David disagrees with Luis, it seems because he recommended Podesta to the Biden administration to be a UAP representative. David often uses the emotional angle. Many of us are against Podesta due to his possible links with spirit cooking, Marina Abramovic and much else from the Pizzagate revelations. David makes those connections in this tweet, knowing that this emotional pull will get people, particularly survivors on his side.

David makes the accusation, without giving any direct evidence, that Lue is controlled. He may or may not be, but he should provide all the evidence that points to this, if he makes the accusation. Instead he just makes emotional arguments and guilt by association, with no evidence. David is peddling propaganda to influence people rather than setting out a rational case with evidence and letting people decide for themselves.
Despite what we ourselves believe, other people may not know what we know, they may also have different priorities. People are different. Taking UFO disclosure as a subject in isolation then John Podesta might be a good choice. I don’t know, it is not my field. Podesta has never been charged with, let alone convicted of, any crime - sexual, financial or otherwise in his life. No arrests, no indictments and no convictions. When people are in certain situations, especially in power, they have to make compromises and we do not know the details of this situation and the choices available. Often people have to make what is the least worst decision.
David gaslights that he does not pick everything apart, but he is one of the most critical and divisive people and he picks anything and everything apart that suits his narrative. Pretending that he does not is just more propaganda and gaslighting.
I was writing about Pizzagate and Podesta in 2018 and before, I know about Podesta, and what I think about Podesta, but I choose not to bully people into my way of thinking, I let them decide from the information.

In this subtweet, David frames the people who disagree with him, in particular we know he means Aaron and Stellar as those who “can’t handle the heat from me calling out Elizondo…” and that “they buddy up to …folks… enabling evil”. This is how David works - distorting, framing and reframing everything in his favour and so he is the hero with “integrity”. He frames it that he was “denounced” for having integrity. He was not denounced, his methodology was criticised as counter productive, and his being rejected then activated his meltdown.
David portrays those who disagree with him on a particular matter as having some sort of moral deficiency. In this example he portrays them as not being able to handle the heat, inferring that he can and that others are lacking in some way. David also often plays the guilty by association tactic, and makes it black and white, good and evil, when very few situations are like that.
Many of David’s actions - making threats, sock puppets and gangstalking, programming survivors show that HE is a puppet for evil and HE is ultimately enabling evil. He just ignores that and always blames others and pretends that he has integrity.

David frames it that him stating his opinion somehow demonstrates his integrity, and that he waivered only because he was trying to be respectful of their friendship. He twists everything, reframes everything, always positioning himself as innocent and as the hero. He is an expert at propaganda, showing partial information that is selectively framed, omitting pertinent and relevant aspects. What really happened can be checked in this post Flying Monkey Fallout 1 StellarFox16 Blocked Grey Area Monarch, [SSGM44]. David’s propaganda is relentless.
David’s integrity is a myth, created by him and boosted by his own repetition of the myth. In truth David does whatever he thinks will benefit him, and uses whatever narrative suits him at that moment. He slags off big influencers, but is perfectly willing to clout whore by posting on their timelines. That is not integrity.
Discussion
When a dark personality has been rejected it is a red rag to a narcissist bull. Hence David’s repeated and excessive attempts at reframing the fallout with Stellar and Aaron, months after it happened. He tried them to portray them as angry, spiteful and vindictive. The behaviour that he accuses them of, is the very behaviour that he indulges in. It’s reverse attribution again, from David. However he is careful to let his followers only see his framing, and David’s propaganda may well succeed with them. People who can see the whole picture, can see that he is quite obviously a consistently nasty and vindictive personality causing fear, doubt, uncertainty and chaos.
Emma points out that there is a problem with the division between RAMCOA survivors and those interested in UAP / UFO’s, but she totally ignores David’s role in fueling those divisions and entrenching those positions with his continual accusations as well as his divisive attitude and actions. Why? Even when his culpability is clearly pointed out, David still ignores it as well, unwilling to face up to the responsibility. David is so fond of accusing others of not being able to take the heat, but does this show his unwillingness to take the heat?
It is noticeable that Emma ignored publicly ignored the points that Stellar and Aaron made. She never calls David out on his abysmal and nefarious behaviour - his programming of survivors, his sock puppets and gangstalking, his harrassment, his threats, his attacks, his aggression or his bullying. She has a conflict of interest between the truth and supporting her husband / partner henchman.
David peddles the propaganda myth that he has integrity but when it comes to demonstrating integrity he steadfastly ignores his own malevolent, destructive reprehensible and nefarious behaviour. There are many many examples now documented, and David should address the many questions arising from his attacks, his divisiveness, his gang stalking with many sock puppets, his programming of survivors, his many false accusations, his lies and so much more, Questions that David Hall Needs to Answer [SSGM65]. He accuses others of being cowards but time after time, he runs away from addressing subjects like a coward.
David “calls out” aka attacks many people without showing the evidence, and any “evidence” that he does proffer is often just propaganda, or does not lead to the conclusion David spouts. If David is so vocal in “calling out” so many people then he needs to be consistent and apply the same standards to himself. He needs to live by the standards that he calls others out on, or stop calling others out.
David is full of accusations but never fits them to himself or Emma, eg.
If they don’t know they are incompetent - and if they do, and are keeping quiet - they are complicit”
David needs to use the same rules for himself and Emma as those he demands from everyone else. When David’s statement is used about Emma it becomes something like “if Emma doesn’t know about David and his nefarious behaviour she is incompetent, and if she does and is keeping quiet then she is complicit with David’s nefarious actions and she is hiding the truth”.
Stellar coined the term RAMCOA Jesus and this is particularly apt for David. For people who do not realise David’s opinion of himself, he has claimed in the past that he has been acting as God’s right hand…

David also threatened the person with a punch in the face showing that he is very mixed up. He even accused the other person of being blasphemous. David means blasphemous about him, David Hall, not about God. I am not joking.. If anyone has any doubt that David meant the “blasphemy” as against him, then he also said it from one of his many sock puppet accounts.
“to someone who actually has been saving children and fighting corruption”, see Grey the Gangstalker Stalks Some More... [SSGM7]. He clearly means himself. Just for the record, there never is any evidence that David has been saving children or many of his Craig Sawyer-like claims. He appears to use a similar playbook.
“RAMCOA Jesus” as a nickname neatly sums up the way that David appears to perceive himself. In reality he is more like a RAMCOA Apollyon, causing destruction, fear and division. He makes false accusations, lies, behaves with zero integrity all the while trying to desperately frame and reframe himself as the hero - the RAMCOA Jesus. His actions always betray him. Similarly he frequently plays the victim, of whatever he can shoe into the situation at the time.
David attacks many people aggressively and frequently, often people who have a large follower base, such as Flynn, Liz Crokin, Luis Elizondo, Jake Barber, George Webb, Colonel Towner, just from the top of my head. Even if he were right about what he had to say about people being compromised, then naturally there is blowback to attacking people with large survivor support and people entrench their positions. It is a counter productive way to proceed. It’s not the right way to do it, unless your intention is to cause division. That would be in line with David being a chaos agent. It’s interesting to me that MK ULTRA survivors are never asked to testify or speak at any ‘UFO / UAP’ events or hearings when just about all of them have worked directly and up close and personal with advanced craft (UFOs / UAPs) and technology owned and occulted by the United States government. Well, we had a chance to be talked to, but those bridges were burned quite obviously and loudly on X. To the dismay of many survivors who watched every hand that got close to talking to us be cut off at the wrist. So of course the uap / ufo community wants nothing to do with us after that. If someone from their community came over to us acting like a maniac and burned every bridge survivors would lose interest in conversing with them too.

It is uncertain whether this comment was related to the spat. However I would agree with StellarFox16 to some extent about twitterX. It is also not clear if she has someone in mind or she was talking generally. Certainly people like David and his recent ex aggressive flying monkey Shannon are prime candidates for the ones spreading hate, anger, fear and division. However Stellar also must bear responsibility for spreading false accusations originating from David, when she was his flying monkey. Stellar is still to admit that or apologise for that. Stellar must also take responsibility for her part in spending ten hours a day on twitter arguing. That is likely to increase hate and anger, though at least she has spent the last few months arguing about trans and has transformed form a TRA to a TERF, and it has kept her busy and away from attacking other groups.

I should have taken the red flags more seriously when people denounced my addressing of the Elizondo situation. I tried to be gentle and understanding of their place and associations, and in hindsight I should have been firm from the start. I let my integrity waiver out of respect for what I thought was a healthy friendship. There were multiple instances and then it spread to essentially denouncing my activity altogether. I saw it affected other, and when others joined in, and I finally set a firm boundary. Next thing I knew, they were making me the enemy and saying the enemy was right about me. That seriously hurt... but some people rather attack you than look at themselves or their own associations.
This post is me being true to myself and speaking my mind. Not ‘throwing shade’ and I am against the ‘tit for tat’ mentality... but there were some seriously out of line things said and done that I’d never do or say to a peer, another survivor, or a friend. Period. I wish everyone the best and am not making anyone my enemy but I definitely won’t accept BS.
