This photo has been the centre of much controversy, misinformation and disinformation, lies and propaganda. If anyone was owed an explanation about the photo from Jessie it was me.
Why?
I used the photo provided by Jessie in two blog posts and I was the first to show the photo from the online book to Jessie in Sept 2020 and we discussed it.
Photo in Jay Myers Documentary on Chateau Des Amerois
Jessie saw the photo in a c.2016 Jay Myers documentary about Chateau des Amerois and thought the photograph was her. She remembered a similar scenario of Cisco Wheeler taking a photo and being made to dress in old clothes in Laurie Cabot’s Chateau des Amerois. Her age and the location chimed with what she remembered. The original video is now down as the account has been closed. I have located the video elsewhere and uploaded it.

However some months later the photo without the pentagrams, just circles was found in an online copy of the book. [Pentagram is the 5 pointed star shape, and pentacle is the 5 pointed star shape in a circle.]

Background Jessie and Me
It may be helpful for me first explain to readers a brief history of Jessie and me. In Dec 2019, I saw her Dan Duval videos, the link had been given to me by Cheryl Beck.

The Illuminati Structure video was the first explanation that I had heard as to why the world was constantly taking bad choices. It had always perplexed me when most people are good, that the worlds authorities eg WTO, IMF, Word Bank, OECD, Trilateral Commission, CFR, Bilderbergers etc etc made countries impose policies that patently caused harm. Also the world kept having unnecessary wars eg Iraq, Bosnia, driven it seemed by something more than politicians.
In the Illuminati Structure video Jessie gave a plausible alternative structure and reason for who might really be in charge of the world’s structures, which fitted in with the observed outcomes that I had seen in the several years I had spent blogging on child abuse and the more years I had observed global events.
My blogging and study of mainly UK child abuse since about 2013 had showed to me that
social services and family court were corrupted
there was widespread child abuse in many children’s homes
information about child abuse was hard to get, but there were many reports that had been made about child abuse in children’s homes but they were unavailable to the public. They were in effect kept secret from the public by local councils, government, police and even academia. With the help of Freedom of Information requests I achieved release of at least 50 child abuse reports. It became clear that most Reports were cover-ups and released only the minimum information they needed to
there was child abuse up to the highest levels of government and royalty
organised child abuse, mind control and ritual abuse were pounced upon as untrue with massive support from all areas of power. However quite clearly organised child abuse, mind control and ritual abuse happened on large scale, with complementary stories from a number of survivors and whistleblowers, and that was getting larger all the time
Jessie’s information and story was extraordinary. However I was already used to the extraordinary, far out and “woo woo” aspects from other survivors stories of mind control and ritual abuse, that I had written about on their behalf. I had no background in any of this kind of thing and from the beginning had to suspend my disbelief on learning and reading about it. I learned in large part to judge the significance of whistleblower stories in relationship to other survivors and whistleblower stories, not to my own experiences or what I thought reasonable or possible. Jessie gave a extraordinary but plausible explanation for the structure that possibly could be delivering the warped world that we experience. Jessie’s model was capable of delivering the results that we seemed to experience.
Information is power, so I immediately set work to get that information into a form that I felt summarised that information for others. I put the child trafficking networks at the start of the article, as that is what I blogged about, but gave the structure for the Illuminati that was in charge of the child trafficking networks. I sat on the nearly finished post for while.
Then I came across Jessie on twitter in Jan 2020. After contacting her it became clear that this was in fact Jane from the Duval interview. I then posted the article. 2020 Jan 18 foxblog1 The FIVE Child Trafficking Networks and Structure of the Illuminati [7].
At the time I contacted her, Jessie’s focus was very much on trying to persuade people out of the satanist system (my broad term for all people in the system, simply as more people understand roughly what is meant by that term than the term Luciferian). Jessie saw her calling at that time as getting “satanists” out of the system. Her twitter account was very small at that stage, a few hundreds of followers. It makes good sense of course, having been brought up in the system, she understands their upbringing and culture more than most people, certainly more than me, non system people or most Christians.
My own big worry at the time (and still) was the huge amount of mind controlled people, 5-10% of the population, that if push comes to shove we are going to have to battle - spiritually, physically, by whatever means. It would obviously be better if some were turned to our side rather than have to battle them in whatever way. I was certainly all for her doing this. Each one from their side counted as at least 2, as it added another to our side. Furthermore it would be a source of recent information on the cabal and also served as an example to others that escape was possible despite the mass of their programming to the contrary.
Most satanists, or at least some alters, would like to leave if they could but programming, reporting alters, reprogramming, torture and threats are used to keep them in. Also practical matters factor against leaving such as all their family, friends and all the people that they know are in the system, and it is extremely hard to escape.
I believe it was my post that changed Jessie’s focus more towards telling people outside the system what the system was like. I was certainly not in any way trying to influence her to do this, I think that coming from my non system angle was new to her and that she had not really thought of doing that before.
Over the next year or so, I messaged her nearly every day to ask major questions, minor questions or get clarifications. I asked her whatever I wanted. I chose exactly what I wanted to blog about and often she never knew what article I was going to make from the questions. Often I did not either!
I was never part of Jessie’s team, her SOS Army, any spiritual endeavours or any other part of whatever else she did. I did try and amplify her first 2 or 3 interviews that she did with each interviewer, Good Dog, Zublick and Jeff Shepherd. For a very short time I did try and work subjects that the interviews with Jessie were revealing into a couple of articles. I soon gave up on that as taking far too much of my time as well as that I am not a fan of the regular podcast interview programmes, as drama appears inbuilt into the structure of their programmes rather than concentrating on disclosure. I received the information for my articles by asking Jessie directly or very occasionally by reading auto transcripts of her videos. I hardly watch any videos as they take too much time and then mostly only those of direct relevance to the posts I am researching, preferably well researched and edited programmes.
The Photo and Me
If anyone was owed an explanation from Jessie, more than anyone else, about the photo, it was me.
Why?

I was the first to show the photo from the online book to Jessie in Sept 2020 and we discussed it
I was promised an answer “soon” back in October 2020, only for that to be changed to “I am not telling you anything more” in March 2021.
I had used the photograph in my blog, it was important to me that an explanation was given about the photo, as it turned out that the provenance of the photo appeared not to be as Jessie had thought. My blog has a good reputation, going back to 2013 and I have told the stories of many survivors and I needed to explain the situation about the photo for the sake of the integrity of my blog and those survivors.
Jessie had done the Dan Duval interview as a pseudonym and not showing her face. After that, the next stage of her disclosure was tweeting parts of her story in threads under her own name on her twitter account in early 2020. I reblogged the tweet threads into blogs with only technical alterations. I believed the information was important, was easier to read in one place than down a twitter thread, and was certainly more secure from bugs and censorship on a blog than twitter. These became the Silence Breaks Forth into Song posts.
The pentacles photo that Jessie sent me in March 2020 to use in the blogs was used in 2020 Mar 15 You are a child… [1] and I think one other post later. I used the photo in good faith as being of Jessie and also used another photo in that post, which I believe to be Jessie, provided by her. To my eye there was a resemblance to the middle girl in the pentagram photo.

Jessie says that Laurie Cabot Kent was on the cover of the video, and that the picture was taken by Cisco Wheeler.
Jessie was convinced that it was a photograph of her and tweeted so for months…
Jessie tried to find out how Jay Myers got the photo which she thought was her, but she did not get a reply. This could have been an attempt.
At the stage when I contacted Jessie, I don’t believe that Jessie was in contact with Cisco and that did not happen until some way into the year I knew Jessie. I did not discuss Cisco with Jessie, primarily because I did not watch her videos, which were on spirituality rather than the system which was my research and writing focus.
Photo Provenance
I was the one who brought Jessie’s attention to the tweet that mentioned a very similar photo as being from an old book. I believe that Jessie had been blocked by the individual concerned, Barbara Roberts who had tweeted it and Jessie had not seen the tweet. I told Jessie about it and sent her the link. It was Sept 2020 and this was the link.

We discussed the issue. Jessie was not aware of it being from an old book and was still sceptical as she thought there was some manipulation by the cabal. Jessie had been provided with the screenshot by someone that later turned into a harasser, which she found suspicious.
I certainly understood Jessie’s wider scepticism. Many people from the system and some from those married to people that had been in the system, have contacted me over the years. I have been part of their process of gradual realisation that what they presumed was true, that most people normally take for granted, was actually not true. Birth certificates were faked and their childhood photos were faked. This extended even to their mortgage with a different company than they were led to believe and that they were surrounded by people in the system including solicitors and professionals that they used, without ever having realised it. When the system controls everything then it is not hard for them to fake a photo to discredit someone. It was left that Jessie was going to check the original book Library of Congress and pray about what to do.
Some weeks went by during which I heard nothing. I was reminded of the issue again so I asked Jessie. I was shocked to be told by Jessie that she had discussed this, I think on Zublick’s show. I was surprised and disappointed that she had done this without even telling me. I believed that I should have been informed as a priority. I did search for and listen to the clips at the time, but certainly was not impressed by the stumbling explanation, and anyway it added nothing really to what I already knew. I have not searched for the Zublick clips for use in this post. All of the hosts that Jessie chose to do shows with, have exceedingly poor shownotes / timestamps and it takes excessive time to research to find items such as this, especially when original videos are down, possibly banned by youtube.
Some weeks went by again and she had received the book or photo from the Library of Congress and possibly sent me a copy of the photo but she said she was investigating further into it, so I did not take much notice. I believe that she still felt that there had been some manipulation of the photos. Some more weeks went by again, and when I reminded Jessie again, she refused to tell me more. I felt gaslighted by all the waiting, and felt betrayed by Jessie and I told her so. I would have addressed the photo much earlier on my blog, if I had not been strung along.
A month or so later, around Easter 2021 another couple of issues came up, one of which was my assessment of the lack of trustworthiness of Jeff Shepherd, and so Jessie and I went our own ways, and I have not contacted her since, nor will I. My blog is more important than one individual’s story as I have been trusted with many survivors stories of abuse and I have a duty to them.
Photo Discussion
So where does that leave the issue of the photo?
Whatever the truth about the photo, then the following should be taken into consideration.
In 2020 Jessie was learning about being a public figure, and doing podcasts
The 5 most stressful factors in life are said to be death of a loved one, divorce, moving, major illness or injury, job loss. In 2020 Jessie separated / divorced, moved house and left her job, she has long term health issues, she started openly disclosing her story taking on the illuminati publicly, with all the risks that entails The next year her son died. It was not an easy time.
In general terms
To have to admit to a mistake in public is embarrassing
In the cabal it is drummed into you by training to not admit weakness / fault. If vulnerability is detected never mind admitted by an individual, then others in the cabal will take advantage of that weakness
It would be understandable if anyone who had been in the system is a bit paranoid. As John Lennon said “Paranoia is just a heightened sense of awareness”
Anyone brought up in the system has developed neural pathways that are less than ideal. The brain has developed over millennia to receive certain stimuli at certain ages, see The Magical Child by Joseph Chilton Pearce. If the correct stimuli are not given at the correct times, then development of the brain does not take place as it should. In the cabal system the children’s development is deliberately perverted and so neural pathways have to be relearned and repeated to change old entrained ways of thinking. This is harder as you get older.
Even if there was no actual programming, then just experiencing an upbringing in the cult at that level carries with it huge levels of trauma and maybe enough to cause dissociation.
I believe firmly Jessie thought it was her in the photo. I think she was reluctant to admit that it was not her in light of what looks like evidence to the contrary as she still believes that some manipulation has gone on. I understand this stance, due to the knowledge I have of the depth of deceit that does go on in the system. However I would have to check the original book myself in person to give me some idea, and even that would probably not prove that any manipulation had gone on or totally disprove it.
From the information I have at present, I would say that it is not a photo of Jessie. I believe that it was a genuine mistake on Jessie’s part, and that when Jessie saw the photo, it triggered a memory of a similar event that happened to her, with Cisco Wheeler and Laurie Cabot. She believed it to be herself.
Jessie is used to the tricks of the cabal and can perhaps read too much into situations when this might not be occurring. Equally though, survivors and TI’s understand a great deal more that is deliberately done to them that the public do not understand, that we might dismiss. In my view Jessie could have handled things much better both in public and with myself, and been clear and precise rather than what seemed to be reluctant and imprecise explanations. Faced with a contrary origin of the photo from what she thought she was reluctant to accept that there had not been foul play, albeit understandably.
Toxic Atmosphere caused by George Bailey’s Lies
It is very relevant that the issue surrounding the photo took place within a toxic atmosphere created and fomented at the time by lies from George Bailey. Bailey, at this stage was already 6 weeks into another absolute pantomime, completely false from the start. Bailey had invented a conspiracy, a “controlled drama” that he believed that Jessie was directing because, he said Knock Knock WHOIS Not There LLC was used to fool people and mock them on the fly. Bailey thought Knock Knock owned Belenoff and Jessie’s website and as he guessed that Belenoff did not exist that implied Jessie was running what he called this “controlled drama”. It’s incredible but some people actually fell for his lies and nonsense [SSBB9].
Perhaps because Bailey had managed to fool people with his first lies, then six weeks into his first propaganda saga about Knock Knock, which he ran for months and months, Bailey invented another one. This one was the false scenario about the photo. Bailey pretended, and blogged that Jessie had taken the photo from the book and he to this day has never ever mentioned that she had taken it from the documentary. This enabled Bailey to fool people into thinking that Jessie had photoshopped / drawn in pentagrams to make pentacles.
From the evidence that I have put together over the last weeks, [SSBB9], it looks as though Bailey is a cross between a serial fantasist, a liar, a larper and a hoaxer with his cover story being a harmless old duffer who plays the guitar. Since 2021 Apr 5 Bailey has spent an extraordinary amount of effort targeting Jessie mainly, but also myself and Marion and then Veronica. Until the last 3 months, I chose to rise above it and not to reply. However, having been threatened by Mr. Divisive, Grey Area Monarch using the lies and disinformation from Bailey / Moch / Blades / AW mob then it was obvious that I needed to correct their lies and have been doing it on this blog for over 3 months now.
It is perhaps only since I have started unpicking what Bailey has actually done in detail that more people are getting to know about the sheer extent of his lies and disinformation, although people involved knew about it at the time. I too am shocked at the sheer extent of Bailey’s duplicity. I will deal with Bailey’s lies about the photo in a future post.
George Bailey seems to have fooled fan girls Sarah Moch, Paula Blades and AW, whose knowledge of the system is in inverse proportion to their certainty that Jessie is not from the system, yet they have produced no genealogy to prove this. Between them they have created a totally toxic atmosphere full of insults, ad hominem attacks, harassment and stalking such that any reasoned and reasonable discussion of Jessie is made impossible. It is tainted with their lies, propaganda, half truths, disinformation and misinformation and now Grey Area Monarch’s threats and harassment of several people. However in setting up this blog, Scarlet Sage, I have already exposed them as liars and those posts can be used to show how toxic these people are.

So it is against this toxic background that the photo scenario was taking place, with many fooled by Bailey’s lies and Jessie subject to many false accusations and much harassment.
None of these people have ever apologised or corrected their major proven lies or errors, despite calls for them to do so. It is the height of hypocrisy to criticise Jessie for finding it hard to admit mistakes, when they have not even started to apologise for their proven lies. Why have they not corrected their lies?
Again to remind people this blog is not to defend Jessie per se, it is to correct the lies of the Bailey / Moch mob and to tell the truth, something they are obviously incapable of doing. Since many of their lies are about Jessie, I am showing you those lies, some of which are being used to threaten me.
If there are many discrepancies in Jessie’s testimony why do Bailey, Blades, Moch and AW have to keep making them up and lying about her? Whether for or against or ambivalent to Jessie, then what we should be able to agree on is to expose the lies. I am exposing the lies of the Bailey Moch Blades mob. Why do they keep provably lying, spreading disinformation, misinformation, insulting, stalking and harassing? These are not the actions of honest people.
Conclusion
Jessie could have been much clearer about the photo publicly and certainly been proactive to inform me properly throughout the process. I was exceedingly disappointed in the way she dealt with it. I believe she was embarrassed by such a high profile apparent mistake, and also did not want to show weakness, and that she also still believes that there was some trickery. The toxic atmosphere caused primarily by Bailey’s lies and propaganda was not conducive to open disclosure, knowing that whatever was said was being would be twisted.
Whilst I disagree with the way Jessie has handled some things, then I am not in her shoes, nor do I know all the relevant information on events nor know about much of the details of Jessie’s upbringing. During 2020, when this occurred Jessie was separating / divorcing, moving house, had long term illness and had to leave her job and change, as well as look after children. Add to this she came out publicly against the most powerful group on earth - pretty stressful.
I think it is right to cut Jessie some slack. Most people would not have handled all that so well. Could you?
I believe that the person most involved with this photo story apart from Jessie was myself. I have now given my account and believe I was the most affected by not getting a satisfactory explanation. It is not flattering to Jessie, I believe it caused damage to my blog but I have moved on. In the big scheme of things however it is a molehill. The battle is against the illuminati and the powers behind that.
It is difficult to see why others have not moved on, perhaps because they believe the Bailey / Moch lies which they continue to spread, more of which will be revealed soon.

Background
I have been attacked by various members of the Bailey / Moch mob for nearly 3 years. I did not respond. That appears to have allowed or encouraged them to think that they can get away with their false attacks, lies, libels and innuendo. Sarah Moch was asked to apologise and correct her lies in early 2023. She chose not to do so, and she continued her lies and still continues spreading her hateful lies.
The Moch mob’s lies have resulted in me and others being intimidated, harassed, stalked and threatened. Sarah Moch gave those lies and disinformation to others, which has given them a false sense of what is true and what is lies. They have used that disinformation to threaten people. That is serious. If anything happens to me, or the others that have been threatened, then Sarah Moch, Paula Blades and George Bailey need to be investigated. So too needing investigating, if anything happens to me, is the “warrior” Grey Area Monarch (various sock puppet accounts) who demands that I take my blog down. He then threatens, stalks, threatens and lies. There are also those who deliberately covered up his threats. I am now in the process of correcting this whole mobs lies. When are they going to correct their lies and apologise?
Their ad hominem attacks, insults, disinformation, misinformation and lies have created a toxic atmosphere in which it is impossible to reasonably discuss issues around Jessie and the system. The Moch mob’s certainty that Jessie is not from bloodline or brought up in the system is in inverse proportion to their knowledge of the brotherhood, the illuminati, the occult, the symbolism, ritual abuse, survivors stories, magik or anything to do with the system. They claim to have researched her family tree. If Jessie is not bloodline nor from the system they need to publish that information to prove their claims or apologise.
This blog is not about defending Jessie, it is about correcting the lies and libels from the Moch mob. Many of those lies are about Jessie, and provably false. I blogged about Jessie’s story in 2020 and plainly still know more about aspects of her story than Moch’s kindergarten level knowledge. Other Moch mob lies are about me and others who write or talk genuinely about the system.
The toxic atmosphere that they have created in attacking not just Jessie but other survivors is obviously damaging to survivors coming forward and telling their experiences. Do they not care, or is this their real intention?
