Toxic Luciferian Predator - Grey Area Monarch

Grey Area Monarch - Luciferian Programmer, Psyopper and Propagandist and Handler

Grey Area Monarch has already admitted that he is a luciferian programmer, but he has many more luciferian skills than just programming.

Mind Control Programmer

GreyAreaMonarch admitted that he was a luciferian programmer, which was written about in this post, Grey Area Monarch Luciferian Programmer [SSGM16]. He boasted about deliberately trying to trigger a survivor shown in this post Grey Area Monarch Calculatingly Triggered and Manipulated a Survivor [SSGM12]. This was blatant use of luciferian programming techniques, whilst Grey Area Monarch claims to be a whistleblower and that he has turned his back on the luciferian system. Is that really the case?

However GreyAreaMonarch is not just a programmer, he is trained in psyops as well.

Psyops

GreyAreaMonarch says that he has been through psyops training… “I’ve been through psyops training and such for my prior position…”

PSYOP: psychological operation; a mission to change what you believe by feeding you info that is inaccurate, incomplete, or an outright lie.

PR / Propaganda

Not only is GreyAreaMonarch a luciferian programmer and trained in psyops but he also states that he is from a PR (public relations) background…

“I come from a PR background, and worked in the intel community…”

In linking his PR background to his “intel”, then it appears that it was military / intel PR when he was working in the “intel community”. GreyAreaMonarch is a propagandist, probably trained by intelligence.

Mind Control Handler

GreyAreaMonarch admits that he was a mind control handler.

“…he is a victim of TBMC/MONARCH… I used to run in those circles and handled many celebrities through PR firms”

GreyAreaMonarch claims that he was a handler for many mind controlled celebrities, through PR firms.

Online Persona GreyAreaMonarch

pbandjandbread is one of GreyAreaMonarch’s many sockpuppet accounts. On that sock puppet account GreyAreaMonarch admitted that Grey was just an “online persona”.

The Gangstalker Grey Area Monarch [SSGM6].

Thus the man behind Grey Area Monarch does not regard it as himself under a pseudonym, he regards it as a role or character he plays.

It’s an act for the person behind GreyAreaMonarch. It’s a performance. It’s propaganda.

Theatre

GreyAreaMonarch told his supposed testimony in various full head masks. He appears to have a variety of disguises to use.

GreyAreaMonarch even has a studio with much expensive equipment to produce his theatrical performances.

He wears dark clothing, darkens the room, has a black backdrop, and uses lighting for dramatic effect just on his Voldemort type masks and hands….

He also used demonic sounding voice distorters.

That is not normal behaviour, especially from someone going public with their first testimony of abuse. Furthermore it almost seems designed to trigger PTSD’d survivors into an alter.

He described it as “strategy theatrical” [sic]

Normally when a survivor gives their testimony, they are deadly serious, are nervous, wondering what to say, how to say it, worried about flashbacks and PTSD and all sorts of things. After all, they are breaking their public silence on camera for the first time, it’s a huge step. The fact that Grey produces “strategy theatrical” for his performance is unprecedented as far as I am aware, and certainly bizarre at the very least.

Psyops, Propanganda, Sock Puppets and Gangstalking

GreyAreaMonarch ’s performances with his covert sock puppets and gangstalking also illustrate how he puts into effect his psyops. He demonstrates his gaslighting and propaganda techniques. He gangstalked one survivor, with SIX of his twitter accounts, for over a month, whilst accusing his survivor target who used only his own account, of operating his own echo chamber! AI

Not content with gangstalking with odds of 6 accounts to 1 in his favour, with 5 of them covert, GreyAreaMonarch weaponised his twitter with AI to enable his gangstalking, gaslighting and bullying to be more efficient.

Gangstalker Grey Uses AI to Bully and Gangstalk Survivors [SSGM10].

This allows GreyAreaMonarch to use AI to write tweets which he sends with 1 click. One click AI gangstalking. It also enables him to target different demographic audiences with different tweets - he is well aware of aiming at specific demographics, he will have been taught all about that.

His target demographic often seems to be women, Gangstalker Grey Stalks Again [SSGM9].

Using AI apps allows Grey to keep track of

• what he is saying to who.

• which sock puppet accounts he is gangstalking with.

• what each sock puppet’s cover story is eg. Doctor, New Age Guru, Therapist, Make up Artist, Sportsperson, Health Expert, Nuclear Physicist, Survivor of Mind Control - whatever he wants.

• the tone of his tweets eg, casual, professional, conversational, friendly, humorous, authoritative, sarcastic, emotional, storytelling, creative, engaging, inspirational etc. etc.

• the type of posts eg "Hook posts", “Problem, Agitate, Solution posts". I expect he is using the problem, agitate and him providing the supposed solution post a great deal.

Discussion

GreyAreaMonarch has a comprehensive luciferian toolkit that he has already admitted to. He is a programmer, a handler, trained in propaganda and in psyops by the luciferians. The problem is not particularly that he has these skills, it is that Grey Area Monarch currently actively uses his programming and handling skills and other luciferian techniques to control and manipulate survivors and others.

This is obviously utterly acceptable and it is clear that he is a danger to survivors. How many other survivors has he triggered or used codewords to control and manipulate?

GreyAreaMonarch claims that he “broke free” from military mind control…

Grey Area Monarch self proclaims himself grandiosely as “a whistleblower’s whistleblower”, normally a title bestowed on a person by others…

GreyAreaMonarch’s behaviour raises the obvious question as to whether he is still under luciferian control. Is there any evidence that he has actually broken free from mind control as he claims?

Even if he did “break free” then he may well have still been dissociative and been re-accessed, doing the bidding of his luciferian masters. Laura Worley says the end times programming is associated with the Tree of Life /Tree of Death base programming, has GreyAreaMonarch addressed that programming?

Alternatively he may well have never broken free from luciferian control, and he is just carrying out another psyop that he was trained for. Is his role to claim to be a recovered survivor and to disrupt and cause chaos amongst survivors and survivor advocates?

Whatever is the case then GreyAreaMonarch unfortunately has been shown to use a variety of his luciferian skills. This makes him immensely dangerous to survivors and others, even if he has, in his opinion, “broken free”. He gangstalks, harasses, bullies and threatens survivors, survivor advocates or anyone who disagrees with him. He especially targets those who have stood up to him. He targets those even more that point out his lies. This is often at whom he releases a tirade of false accusations with zero evidence, just to muddy the waters.

Very few people have been able to stand up to him because of his aggression, his threats, his gangstalking, his use of multiple sockpuppets and his weaponisation of AI to target individuals. He is a one man luciferian platoon posing as a recovered survivor. Some people choose to avoid and ignore him as much as possible, no matter the harassment and accusations. Not interacting or responding can be a wise decision for an individual, but it also allows him to move onto other people and carry on his aberrant and destructive behaviour unchecked, without being called out and exposed for what he is doing. There are many people that are too scared to speak up and others who choose not to speak out due to their own personal circumstances. The ones who speak up are the tip of the iceberg. I personally know of several who do not want to speak openly for fear of more harassment, threats and retribution from Grey Area Monarch.

GreyAreaMonarch activated a month long psyop against one survivor using 6 of his twitter accounts, 5 of them covert and yet he brazenly accused the other person of having an echo chamber. This is the kind of level of psyops, propaganda, gangstalking, harassment, gaslighting and false accusations that Grey is quite prepared to carry out. He has also spent nearly 18 months harassing, stalking, lying about and libelling me with false accusations, sprinkled with threats of course.

Grey has also admitted to having more sockpuppets that he claims cannot be recognised as him, as well as gangstalking a survivor advocate with multiple female sock puppet accounts to “infiltrate” her, Grey Area Monarch Uses Female Sock Puppets to Infiltrate Survivor Communities [SSGM15]. This also raises the question as to how many more personas he uses, and how many more people he has stalked, harassed and threatened. Grey has even used codewords to trigger a survivor and then boasted about it to his face. He used totally fabricated and unjustified mental health slurs, he threatens people with being named or the target of court case brought by Organize Safety.

Persistent Predatory Personality

GreyAreaMonarch exhibits many attributes and techniques of psychopaths / narcissists / a dark personality or what the latest research from Dr. Mitchell calls Persistent Predatory Personalities, (PPP’s). Her thesis is available via here, [1]. I have not had the time to compose an in depth post on PPP’s yet. However what is clear is that GreyAreaMonarch meets many of the attributes and uses many of the tactics of PPPs.

Survivors can have many of the same characteristics of PPPs but they do not have the brain anomalies that PPPs do. They can feel shame. If GreyAreaMonarch can feel shame then he needs to acknowledge and then apologise for all his threats, false accusations, malicious targeting, gangstalking, lies, libels and the rest of his nefarious behaviour. Until he does then perhaps GreyAreaMonarch should be treated as a persistent predatory personality.

One of GreyAreaMonarch specialisms is making false accusations. He has made numerous false accusations with zero evidence, at the drop of a hat. He appears to have no morality whatsoever about doing that. He has also boasted about using codewords to trigger a survivor, he used totally unjustified mental health slurs, he weaponises the court system and threatens to “throw money at” doing so. All because they will not bow the knee to him.

GreyAreaMonarch even threatens people with physical violence whilst claiming to be acting as God’s right hand!

GreyAreaMonarch runs psyops, and propaganda the whole time. He attacks and causes conflict multiple times a day on twitterx, although he appears to be keeping his head down the past couple of weeks. He lashes out at people, many people, almost every single day, instigating conflict for a multitude of reasons. Many times it is because of what he sees as their deficiencies, yet he has still not addressed the long list of his own aberrant and predatory behaviour and deficiencies. His behaviour is streets worse than anyone else’s that I see on twitter.

Evidence of his deficiencies abounds in his attacks on others, his gangstalking, the use of language, the abuse, the threats, undercurrent of blackmail, mental health slurs, the lies, the false accusations, the libels and the toxic predatory behaviour.

GreyAreaMonarch’s training will have taught him and so he knows exactly the effect of what he is doing when he behaves as he does on twitter. He increases fear and chaos, especially amongst survivors. He triggers survivors with PTSD who do not like conflict. GreyAreaMonarch deliberately targets people, he deliberately makes masses of false accusations, he deliberately trashes peoples reputations. threatens people, controls and manipulates people. It is all part of GreyAreaMonarch’s psyops and propaganda. He is acting as a chaos agent.

Organize Safety

GreyAreaMonarch and Organize Safety are a whole post by itself. However to be brief, Grey claims to be collecting data on perpetrators via Organize Safety, and he wants to collect a lot more. Who would trust Grey Area Monarch with any information on anything bearing in mind his predatory behaviour which he has perpetrated?

GreyAreaMonarch states that Organise Safety will undertake legal actions against various people and name others. Whether this is true or just more lies or empty threats from Grey Area Monarch is not clear but it raises even more questions.

• Why does GreyAreaMonarch use OrganiseSafety twitter account as a gangstalking account?

• What kind of entity is Organize Safety? A company /non profit /charity etc?

• Where is it Organize Safety registered?

• Who is involved with Organize Safety, who are the officials?

• Is the information that Grey solicits via Organize Safety really anonymous as claimed? What are the guarantees?

• Who sees the information?

• Who is the information then shared with?

Even if the information was received anonymously by Organize Safety then the receivers may be able to work out who it is by the information provided, the people and places.

Several survivors have already accused GreyAreaMonarch of acting as a honeypot and / or survivor round up. It would seem clear that much more transparency is needed about Organize Safety.

If Grey Area Monarch or Organize Safety does involve me in court cases as he has threatened several times, then all my evidence of his behaviour, that is already published and more, will be submitted to the court. That evidence will expose his behaviour and destroy GreyAreaMonarch’s credibility.

GreyAreaMonarch’s Response to Exposure of his Predatory Behaviour

Much of what we know about GreyAreaMonarch is because he has inadvertently admitted it, and / or it has been unearthed with a great deal of careful time consuming research. Much is HIS words about himself. If he could dispute with evidence any of what I write about him, he would do so. He cannot. Grey Area Monarch’s response to the exposure of him in this Scarlet Sage blog is to try and ignore it, publicly, whilst casting ad hominem insults and slurs.

He has offered no response to the exposure of his malicious behaviour with his use of known sock puppets, his use of other sock puppets that he has admitted to but are still publicly unknown, no response to his admitted use of female sock puppet ID’s, no response to his gangstalking, no response to his use of AI to gangstalk, or to his stalking, his harassment and his threats or all his other nefarious luciferian activities.

The only hint of a response is to say that everything is out of context! That is amusing but unrealistic. If he really thinks that, then he should detail where it was out of context, why he thinks that it changes anything that has been said and how it makes it untrue. He will not of course, as it is not out of context but he desperately needs a fig leaf to grasp at, and that is all he can manage.

His “out of context” claims are all the more farcical as there are many long blog posts detailing evidence against him, see Index of Posts on the Predator Grey Area Monarch [SSGMIn]. Grey Area Monarch on the other hand will post a single tweet and he and his followers will consider that case proven, even when any accompanying “evidence” has no provenance, and do not prove what he claims it proves. This is no doubt his propaganda training. His claims of “out of context” in this case seem to be another case of reverse attribution, as it is Grey Area Monarch who deliberately posts out of context remarks against others, as well as a myriad of false accusations, without any evidence.

Grey needs to acknowledge, address and apologise for ALL his nefarious behaviour, it is not good enough to temporarily keep his head down.

GreyAreaMonarch’s Flying Monkeys

Dr Mitchell describes Persistent Predatory Personalities (PPP’s) as having individuals around them, which are known as “flying monkeys” who are influenced by the dark personality to support them in their goals, which they may position as noble but are in fact nefarious. Sometimes they will know what they are doing, sometimes they are inadvertently drawn in, [1].

Grey Area Monarch has a group of people around him who he has groomed to ignore all his malicious behaviour. He obviously is in touch with them privately and has “persuaded” them, no doubt with a variety of his dark personality techniques. The even more sinister side, as he is a luciferian mind control programmer and handler is whether he is also done this by triggers and codewords, to become their handler.

The flying monkeys have ignored Grey Area Monarch’s toxic and predatory behaviour for many months. They turn a blind eye to his attacks on survivors and survivor advocates, or even join in on his behalf. They have ignored Grey’s plethora of his known sock puppets, his other admitted but still unknown sock puppets, his admitted posing as multiple female sock puppet ID’s. They have ignored his gangstalking, his use of AI to gangstalk, his stalking, his harassment and his threats and all his other nefarious luciferian activities.

This means that they are covering up Grey Area Monarch’s toxic abuse, false allegations, predatory behaviour and attacks on survivors. Without the cover from his flying monkeys then Grey could not function in the predatory and threatening manner that he does. Many people including survivors are still living in fear of his threats, and by keeping quiet the flying monkeys are acquiescing to his attacks on survivors and advocates, and perhaps complicit.

In the following sentence, I have replaced the name that Grey Area Monarch used with his own chosen persona name. After all, if its fair for him to call people out then he must live by the same rules. This is what Grey Area Monarch would say if he saw his behaviour by someone else.

If anyone involved doesn’t immediately demand that Grey Area Monarch explain, they are part of the problem. Period.

Several people, including his flying monkeys, parroted his remarks when they were aimed at someone else. Why are they not demanding that Grey Area Monarch acknowledge, address and apologise for his predatory behaviour against survivors, survivor advocates and others? Why do they have a two tier morality system?

Grey Area Monarch’s flying monkeys are they are tainted with all Grey Area Monarch’s behaviour as long as they are not calling it out publicly.

Questions that Grey Area Operator Needs to Address

For the good of survivors, survivor advocates and the wider public, the man behind the GreyAreaMonarch persona and his other personas needs to answer questions about his predatory and divisive behaviour… [The term GreyAreaMonarch is used in the following list to mean all his sock puppets and personas]

• How many sockpuppets has GreyAreaMonarch used, how many does he have, which accounts are they?

• Why does GreyAreaMonarch gangstalk and gaslight? Does he not think his gangstalking and gaslighting is unethical, immoral and cowardly?

• Why does GreyAreaMonarch physically threaten and bully people? How does he justify that to himself and others?

• Why does GreyAreaMonarch use AI on twitter? What does that mean in practise? Why does he use it to gangstalk survivors?

• Why does GreyAreaMonarch keep making accusations against people with no proofs? Why does he make so many false accusations?

• Division and fear have increased dramatically since he has fomented it within survivor circles, does GreyAreaMonarch not feel he should leave social media for the sake of survivors?

• How many survivors has GreyAreaMonarch deliberately triggered, either openly or clandestinely?

• Given the proof of using his luciferian programming skills to trigger at least one survivor, how can a survivor ever trust him, knowing that he may be doing the same to them?

• What sort of monster, with zero evidence, would deliberately trash the reputations of an individual and organisation that were saving children and then not even apologise afterwards when they were shown to be wrong?

• How many female sock puppet accounts has GreyAreaMonarch used for infiltration and what are they?

• How many people, “targets”, has GreyAreaMonarch infiltrated in this way?

• What is the actual evidence for GreyAreaMonarch’s allegations of all the people he has accused of being satanists, luciferians or tied to Satanic Temple or FMSF?

• When is GreyAreaMonarch going to acknowledge, address and apologise for all his toxic predatory behaviour?
