Grey Area Monarch Controlled and Manipulated a Vulnerable Survivor Part 3

Introduction

It has been documented In Part 1 [SSGM25], and Part 2 [SSGM29], how Grey Area Monarch, a luciferian programmer and handler who is also trained in psyops and propaganda, controlled and manipulated a vulnerable survivor. He did this by deliberately overwhelming her with false information and trigger words about satanism, to activate her PTSD. It was a disgusting lowlife luciferian tactic, typical of him.

As far as Cathy is concerned I value her as a journalist. I value her work that she has been doing with survivors for a very long time. I respect her because she has been extremely kind to me and has been giving me resources to help heal. I will not get involved in any drama that goes on between you and Cathy because I respect her very much. I have no reason not to. She has been extremely supporting and loving to me from the first day that I ever met her. So I have no problems with everything else. I just really don’t want to mix you and I with Cathy at all. Does that seem fair to you?

After Behavioural Modification by Grey Area Monarch

After the behaviour modification and control from GreyAreaMonarch, detailed in the last two posts, the vulnerable survivor went into a fawn state. Fawning is courting favour by agreeing, cringing, flattering or saying things to please their controller, to reduce their trauma,

Presumably thinking that it was what Grey Area Monarch wanted to hear, or judging that this statement would cause herself least trauma from GreyAreaMonarch she went on to say this…

“Actually, I did not know that until a few days ago because he was trying to discredit all of Emma’s work by saying that she is a bad person because she is dating you, and she’s not being honest about it, so she’s planning on posting a blog post very soon against Emma and you.”

The survivor told GreyAreaMonarch that I was trying to discredit all of Emma’s work. Apparently the plan I was supposed to have, according to this, was to say that Emma was a bad person because she was dating GreyAreaMonarch and not being honest about it. I was then said to be planning a blog post very soon against Grey and Emma.

The problem is that apart from being an absurd plan, it was totally false.

I was never “trying to discredit all of Emma’s work” nor any of her work, nor said that she was “a bad person” nor that “she’s not being honest about it” or anything like it, in any way, shape or form. Nor was I planning to do a blog post on her. It is all completely untrue.

This is the type of thing that someone says under duress. Someone who wants to please her handler / controller, having been isolated and scared. I did not say any of this. There is no evidence or proof I said any of this. I have proof in my copies of the DM’s to the survivor that I did not say this, but of course cannot release my DM’s with a vulnerable survivor.

GreyAreaMonarch publicly posted these lies coerced from a vulnerable survivor under duress, caused by quite deliberate and calculated behavioural modification control by himself. GreyAreaMonarch is already known for his false accusations without any evidence, and he often pretends that his information comes from some secret source that he has access to. The sources of course do not exist and Grey Area Monarch never produces the evidence. This is all part of his psyop and propaganda.

GreyAreaMonarch put these false allegations into the public to try to cause harm to me. He should provide the proof that I said this. Of course he will not, because he cannot, because I did not say anything like this. However, just in case GreyAreaMonarch fabricates “evidence” which he is known to do, then a screenshot of any text must be accompanied with a time and date when I was supposed to have said anything. I then have the opportunity of producing evidence to refute it. If what he posted was true, then he should have no problem in posting the proof now.

Furthermore it appears that this false information was given to Emma. This would explain why Emma suddenly cut me off and would not reply to me after this date. Of course I never did a post on Emma, despite not even knowing that the survivor had been coerced into saying this. I only knew when Grey released the posts some 7 months later in an attempt to attack me.

I helped Emma for Years

What people may not know, lost in amongst all the lies, is that I helped Emma for years. Emma and were both survivor advocates, we just differed in the means of putting that information in the public, me by blogging, her by podcast. I was more experienced, knew more about the subject and when I saw what she was doing I tried to help her all that I could. This went back to at least summer 2021.

I suggested various guests for her that I was in contact with via twitter, or ones I knew, that I had written about and had personal contact details for. Emma had a small following and not much pull with guests, I helped her grow. At her request I even wrote her some questions for Svali, as at that stage Emma did not know much about Svali’s story. I tried to help where I could. Emma would usually reply to me within a couple of hours and always within a day.

As late as mid October 2023 Emma blogged how I had helped her, that to say my work was “impressive would be to massively downplaying the incredible catalogue of information“ on my blogs.

Emma Stopped Replying To Me

Three weeks after her blog post, Emma suddenly stopped replying to my messages. I wondered why. She never told me the reason, she just did not reply despite having said that she would. I now understand. The date coincides with when the survivor was manipulated by GreyAreaMonarch and a totally false narrative about me was invented and then gossiped around.

Emma presumably believed the false story that the survivor was reported to have said, whilst she was under behavioural modification control and trauma caused by Grey Area Monarch. The vulnerable survivor whilst under coercion, duress and trauma made a statement to try and survive as best she could the control and manipulation by Grey Area Monarch. It was not true. It was lies extracted from a survivor under deliberately induced trauma. I was never going to do a post about Emma.

It may indeed have been one of the objectives of GreyAreaMonarch in traumatising the survivor, to turn Emma against me. If so he succeeded. It was disappointing that Emma should cut off contact without ever bothering to tell me why. I had only ever helped and supported her for years.

My Blogging Background

For those who have only been subject to lies about me from GreyAreaMonarch, then I will set some of the record straight. I have blogged about child abuse for 12 years with maybe over 1500 posts by now. I knew nothing about child abuse. After Jimmy Savile died, the British public gradually woke up to the fact that child abuse happened on a far greater scale than had ever been imagined. Much information came out about, there was much mainstream media coverage and many citizen bloggers and researchers started up around then.

I kept seeing people talk about child abuse on a group on social media, but due to arguments on the group, I could not work out what was happening or who was telling the truth. A blog had started up that digitised old newspaper articles from the 70’s - 90’s, pre internet, called Spotlight on Abuse [2]. This was invaluable not only for the articles themselves but also as a source of information about child abuse reports. I thought I would ask for some child abuse reports that I had read about that had been commissioned by local authorities and police.

That is how I started blogging [4], purely to make public the many reports that were released from my Freedom of Information requests. If you scroll back to the earliest posts, they are nothing more than a link to the reports. The reports confirmed the extent of the child abuse, in fact it became clear as I learned more that they underestimated and covered up the true extent of abuse. I had thought that child care professionals and academics would analyse those reports, as my knowledge was nil, and they would be able to recognise the significance of any information and put it into context with their knowledge. That never happened and I had to learn to do it.

I was very disappointed particularly in academia. They had access to these reports but had never made them public, and they were essentially acting to hide the child abuse from the public, whether deliberately or accidentally. That is why I am so vehement that the information I write about should be freely available to all, despite the hardships. What good is information if it is hidden from the people?

I certainly never thought I would still be here twelve years later, still writing on child abuse, mind control and the causes. I have done all this out of the goodness of my heart, despite increasing abuse and attacks from misguided souls.

In 2023 the attacks on me crossed the line. They reached absurd proportions when Grey Area Monarch demanded that I take down my blogs on Jessie Czebotar. After I refused, he stalked me on various social media platforms and email accounts, threatening me. He has since made masses of false accusations and libels against me. After putting up with his coercive, manipulative and lying behaviour for a year, I started this Scarlet Sage blog on the trolls who have attacked me and lied about me, in order to keep these posts separate from my other blogging, on child abuse, mind control, illuminati etc. It was obvious that their fake narratives needed to be challenged, especially when they resulted in threats to me and others.

Discussion

The fact that I have a proven track record of exposing child abuse, telling survivors testimony, writing about mind control, ritual abuse and exposing the luciferian run system, means that I have the ability to largely withstand GreyAreaMonarch’s attacks and lies. Many people do not have that track record. Many others are not in a mental, psychological, emotional or life position to be able to stand up to his bullying and attacks. These are more reasons for me and others who can, to stand up to Grey Area Monarch. He is a bully who cannot stand not getting his own way.

It is also true that many people will believe his propaganda. He is trained in psyops and propaganda, as well as being a mind control programmer and handler. However the truth will cut through his lies despite his head start in lies.

Grey Area Monarch has been shown to calculatedly modify a survivors behaviour for his own ends. Not only was he utterly dishonest, he did it at the expense of a vulnerable survivors health.

GreyAreaMonarch unconscionably targeted a survivor to turn his strategic partnership / girlfriend / wife against me, another survivor advocate.

This shows people what disgusting behaviour that GreyAreaMonarch not only is capable of, but actually carries out. This is a very sick mind. The evidence becomes stronger each week not only from my Scarlet Sage posts but from other people’s experiences and elsewhere that the individual behind the GreyAreaMonarch persona is a malicious and malevolent individual, a Persistent Predatory Personality. There is now a plethora of evidence against him, that he chooses not to acknowledge, address, apologise or atone for. My posts on Grey Area Monarch stand unrebutted as truth. It appears that he can not refute any of the abundant evidence against him.

He has many of the attributes and techniques of persistent predatory personality without any shame, and so it looks as if he will never improve his behaviour.

Persistent Predatory Personality

GreyAreaMonarch has many of the attributes of a Persistent Predatory Personality and uses many of their tactics.

Grey Area Monarch has already caused reputational damage to me with his libel and lies and I am still trying to unravel his lies in public with the truth. It seems that he is still under luciferian control.

Flying Monkeys

GreyAreaMonarch is protected by an inner core of what are called “flying monkeys”. Predators show a totally different side to their defenders, as they need them for protection. The flying monkeys thus find it hard to believe that he has this other predatory side. This is common for predators such as Grey.

Grey has several Flying Monkeys who enable his predation and bullying of others including survivors. They do not call him out. By the criteria that he himself uses, then they are complicit in his being a predator. They are also silent on other predators such as Jon Uhler who has been called out by his own daughter. Grey’s flying monkeys are supporting the predator rather than victims. In this way the flying monkeys funnel more survivors into harms way.

Some of the flying monkeys, as well as defending GreyAreaMonarch are proactive in making false accusations and fabricated stories and join in with his abuse.

Is GreyAreaMonarch even a Survivor?

I do not know if his story of being a survivor is true. I never reviewed the evidence that he sent me, due to his attitude and aggression. I have never watched his videos of himself in a Voldemort mask and using demonic voice distorter, designed for manipulation and attention not truth. I could not stand more than 2 minutes of that triggering voice noise.

What I do know for certain is that he thinks nothing of lying incessantly about many issues and numerous other people. This being the case, it would appear totally in character for him to lie when he tells what he says is his story.

It could all be a lie or it could be a mix of truth and lies. He may have been provided with a cover story by his luciferian controllers / CIA, and he could be using any information inputted to the dodgy untransparent Organize Safety as his own. It is known that he has been using AI for some time, which makes him appear more knowledgeable than he is on various topics.

Grey Area Monarch has brought this questioning upon himself by all the lies that he tells. For certain he is not someone that can be trusted. Survivors should be careful of him so that they are not manipulated or controlled. To pre-empt more of his deflection and lies, he is being called out because he is a liar,

Summary

Grey Area Monarch is a luciferian mind control programmer, luciferian handler, and also trained in psyops and as a propagandist. He is preying on survivors.

He has used multiple sock puppet accounts, up to 6 at a time against survivors and gangstalks, gaslights and bullies individuals to silence them and to present a false impression of them to others. He has admitted to using one click AI to coordinate these attacks. He has also infiltrated survivor advocates using multiple female sock puppet accounts, posing as different survivors.

Separate to his Twitterx gangstalking, GreyAreaMonarch has also stalked and harassed multiple people on various platforms and using various email addresses. He has also abused and threatened multiple people.

Grey Area Monarch has used behavioural modification on at least two survivors, controlling and manipulating using a variety of tactics - known fear triggers, overwhelming them, blackmail and lying.

Grey Area Monarch makes false accusations as a matter of routine and makes fake mental health slurs which even he has admitted is a luciferian tactic. He has doxxed at least 2 survivors and more allegations of doxxing have been made against him, but not been verified yet.

He used various masonic hand signs less than 3 years ago, whilst touting for business for his ebike company, leaving no doubt as to his allegiance. He claims to have left their control to become a whistleblower in 2014 or before. He routinely cries wolf about being doxxed himself, yet he was openly doing interviews under his real name and showing his face, making void all his doxxing claims.

He claims to campaign against human trafficking whilst having been exposed as owning 3 porn accounts. After exposure, he was careful not to mention it but deflected by talking of others being only interested in a “gotcha” not wanting to discuss the issues. How is it that GreyAreaMonarch has de facto refused to discuss the many issues involved by his own use of porn? This silence is also not good for his wife, Emma’s reputation which is also built upon being against trafficking and has said that “porn is human trafficking”. Some explanation is way overdue.

GreyAreaMonarch’s hallmark behaviour is to cause fear, individually or via mass social media scale. He deliberately causes division between survivors and the public, between ritual abuse survivors and other csa survivors, between survivors and survivor advocates. He is bullying, aggressive, argumentative and attacking.

Grey glibly talks about righteous indignation and honest introspection, but he demonstrates dishonest self righteousness, psyops and propaganda. He talks the talk but veers well away from walking the walk. Honest introspection would lead to acknowledging, addressing, apologising and then atoning for his gangstalking, gaslighting, false accusations, mental health slurs, his control and manipulation of survivors and much other nefarious and aberrant behaviour.

GreyAreaMonarch is running a fear based psyop on a mass scale on already traumatised individuals. It is abundantly clear that no survivor is safe with him. Momentum is building against him and the more people that stand up to GreyAreaMonarch, the safer it will be for everyone.

Exposure of Grey Area Monarch’s nefarious activities has reduced his room for manoeuvre. For example he cannot now use a gang of sock puppet accounts to bully an individual in the manner that he used to. People are watching him on many issues. Stay vigilant against the predator Grey Area Monarch. Watch out for his hate bombing and fear mongering.

Organize Safety Danger

Grey Area Monarch has this Organize Safety venture that he is desperately trying to get survivors to input information. It should be avoided at all costs.

There is no transparency as to what kind of entity Organize Safety is, nor who has access to the data. The opaque nature of the organisation is very suspicious and he appears to want to hide who is involved.

It should be remembered that the man behind the persona of Grey Area Monarch, has used the Organize Safety twitter account to gangstalk survivors.

Whoever else is involved, we do know that Grey Area Monarch is involved and he has a track record of being predatory to survivors, whether by behaviour manipulation, doxxing, gangstalking, gaslighting, false accusations, mental health slurs, as well as having three porn accounts and flashing luciferian hand signs. Grey Area Monarch has also been called out by his friend of 13 years, David Shurter for running a survivor honeypot operation.

Grey Area Monarch is a programmed chaos unit for the NWO, it is recommended that no one give him any data. There is zero guarantee that it is safe.

I have no hard feelings against the vulnerable survivor, whatever she has said or whatever GreyAreaMonarch has manipulated her to say. I knew from the moment that she said that she was going to unblock Grey that it was a recipe for disaster. She was put in a situation with a predator with no conscience, and it was a no win situation for her. She wanted no drama but GreyAreaMonarch gave her an overdose of drama, and deliberately controlled and manipulated her. She will have done the best that she could to survive in an impossible no win situation. She will have tried to minimise the harm to herself when Grey Area Monarch was in control.

My heart goes out to her and all others manipulated by luciferian entities., and hope that she manages to escape Grey’s programming.

Emma’s Blog on me 2023 Oct 19.

This Substack account truly needs no introduction, but if you haven’t heard of investigative journalist, Cathy Fox - you are missing out! Cathy has been on the ‘survivor scene’ for years and is an OG in the world of survivor journalism. Cathy has covered extensive and very exclusive written testimony of so many survivors that she has compiled from interviews, websites, books, social media posts and research from survivors, whistleblowers and write-ups that include rare archives of information that’s not easily found. To say her work is ‘impressive’ would be massively downplaying the incredible catalogue of information she has available on her Substack and Wordpress.

What I love about Cathy’s Substack is that all her articles are often loaded with links you can scour and click on that will take you right to the sources that she compiled the information from so you can learn more about the people, places and things her articles cover.

Cathy is also responsible for introducing me to more than just a few survivors and podcasts guests you and I have been so lucky to have and learn from on ‘The Imagination’. I’m personally so grateful for Cathy and the database of information she has compiled over the years and hope you all go dig into her archives and explore the years and years of content that shines a light on the darkness!

Short Background

George Bailey and then the Moch mob attacked me, lied and libelled me for for 3 years. I started this blog after Grey Area Monarch, who used their lies, harassed me, stalked me and then threatened me. This Scarlet Sage blog is a response to being threatened by Grey Area Monarch and attacked by these obsessed and fixated individuals, when I have given ten years of my life to helping survivors and revealing information and perpetrators. No wonder these trolls, psyop, propaganda and intel puppets do not like my posts. All the people that are blogged about on Scarlet Sage about have attacked me first, often many times before I correct their lies.
